The Floratique guarantee is honored within the first 48 hours of having the flowers and we need to hear from you as soon as you see the flowers are not up to par. We are very confident in regards to our flowers and we travel out of our way 1-2 times weekly to buy the freshest local flowers possible. Floratique has a complaint ratio so small all new designers are shocked at our low complaint rate in comparison with other shops. For example, on VDAY of 2007 we received a total of 4 complaints. In 2008 are roses were not as great giving us about 7 complaints total for the entire holiday pumping out hundreds of dozen roses. That is not bad for the busiest holiday ever. Naturally, if you are out of town, etc and did not know about the flowers dying just let us know. Obviously, there are exceptions in regards to our guarantee policy, but in most cases flowers that are not going to do well peter out within 48 hours. |
As professional florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent for delivery. Naturally, we must consider that even the freshest fresh cut flowers need to be cared for. Keep flowers full to the top with fresh water and do not leave flowers near heaters or in the sun. If your flowers died from a lack of care just let us know and you may be surprised by your replacement. We appreciate all honesty in this regard. When placing your orders please let us know if a particular flower has a certain significance or if the colors matter, etc. We can do a better job having all the details and you can include any special instructions in the "Notes To Florist" area. We do our best to ensure the freshest of flowers and if anything you will need to wait a day or two for your flowers to open. This floral experience changes when you get to watch the precious bloom crack its seal and open slowly to soon show the most perfect flower ever. We hope you take care of your Floratique Flowers as we often hear with the best of care the flowers can go 9-14 days and with moderate care our flowers can go for 5-7 days.
