Can I have my
gift delivered today?
Our items can be delivered on the same day during
non-holiday periods, if the order is placed before 3:00pm Monday
through Saturday and before 2:00pm on Sunday in the recipient's
time zone. When ordering late for the same days delivery it is important
to remain generic in your choice of flowers. The more specific you
are the more difficult the order is to fill considering wholesalers
have closed at this point in the day. We recommend designers choice
when ordering late. Designers choice designs generally are much
prettier than anything we try and copy. Floratique floral designers
will design the arrangement and send it out for delivery during
our business hours (8 A.M. - 7 P.M. M-F, 9 A.M. - 6 P.M. SAT., Sun.
11 A.M. - 3 P.M. ) since we deliver all day. All deliveries to businesses
our made and routed with priority.
U.S. orders received after 3PM will be delivered the following day
unless you call and we can still do it that day. Please contact
Floratique Flowers and Chocolate directly if your situation
requires delivery today and it falls outside the delivery cutoff
point-as we will have instances where exceptions can be
made. Our delivery area encompasses the entire SF/SJ/East bay area
so we have to enforce a cutoff time. We may still be able to deliver
past cut off times to cities closer to the shop. In some cases,
an additional delivery fee may be required if the delivery is going

To help assure product likeness and on-time delivery during busy
holiday seasons, place your order at least 3 days prior to the following
major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day,
Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's
Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day and Independence Day.
FLORATIQUE is closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Martin
Luther King Jr. Day and Labor Day. We close at 3PM the 2 days prior
to any Monday holiday, but we do continue to deliver past 3PM if
the order was placed by 3PM.

How can I receive a confirmation
of my order?
We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as
you have provided us with a valid email address. We will advise
you we have received your order.

If you have any concerns about changing your order, you can contact
us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

How much are the delivery charges?
A local delivery fee of $0.00 to $15.00 (based on the delivery zip
code) will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries
outside the SF/SJ/East Bay area, a $15.00 wire service fee will
apply for orders in the US and Canada and a $25.00 wire fee for
orders outside the US and Canada.

We do not guarantee timed deliveries unless they are paid for expressly.
We will make every effort possible to deliver in a specific time
frame if requested (additional delivery charges may apply-please
call for specifics). Delivery of orders to rural addresses cannot
be guaranteed, but more than likely we go there in our 4X4 jeep.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call
our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders
over the Internet.
